BIO-BASED PRODUCTS SHOWCASE. Made in Europe with Europe’s natural resources… and technology!

Jul 2, 2026

In the future, anything can be made of wood fibre, providing renewable and recyclable, low-carbon alternatives to many fossil-based materials and products. Through circularity, wood-based textiles, construction items and technologies for carbon neutrality, paper and fibre-based products represent a tangible way for Europe to strengthen its open strategic autonomy and, at the same time, for citizens to make sustainable consumption choices in their daily life. This exhibition offers a window into a world where the pulp and paper sector can make sustainable and climate-friendly products the new normal for a climate-compatible economy.

Building on the success of the previous edition, which featured over 70 products, the event will showcase innovations from across Europe.

Launched on the evening of 28 September 2026, the exhibition will be followed by a series of seminars and workshops over the next days.

We invite you to submit your innovations that can meet the citizens’ daily needs.

The selected products will be exhibited in the House of the Austrian Economy during the Bioeconomy LAB week (28 September -1 October).
