Every year the European Paper Recycling Council publishes its Monitoring Report. Cepi holds the secretariat of the EPRC. The 2024 Monitoring Report follows the development of the recycling rate in 2024, towards the achievement of the 76% recycling rate target – EPRC commitment for 2030. The report monitors the utilisation of Paper for Recycling in the production of new paper-based products but also follows the qualitative achievements of the value chain. In particular, EPRC members report on their achievements in further improving collection, enhancing the quality and quantity of paper for recycling, improving the recyclability of paper products, and in engaging with different stakeholders.
