Two Team project winner's first successes

Deep Eutectic Solvents, the winning concept of CEPI's Two Team project, continued the successful developments in a large European project with 23 partners. The consortium focuses on developing environmentally friendly alternatives to chemical solvents in the pulp and paper industry by means of Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES). This consortium, called Provides, recently received a substantial subsidy from the Bio-based Industries Initiative (BBI JU). Provides will officially kick-off at EPW, presenting the successes obtained since November 2013 when winning the TTP contest.
